Managing virtual workers from all over the world is much more difficult than managing a hired staff that sits with you.

Management should be different – work supervision should be more rigorous, tasks should be short and clear. The tasks and times must be set accurately, and the control must be continuous throughout the tasks to make sure that you meet the schedule you set.
